Robert Carpenter just surprised me with a great New Year's gift, a highlight reel from last year's Runoffs experience. For those of you who don't know him, Robert is Cranbrook's COO and communicator extraordinaire. He deftly manages people, organizations, websites, situations, you name it...all with ease. He is the brain behind this website and is trying awfully hard to make me look good.
